Booking Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your appointment.

- Should you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your confirmed appointment time.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.

- In the case of a no-show, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged.

Travel Policy:

- All services include travel within a 10 km radius.

- Locations beyond 10 km can be accommodated upon request and may be subject to an additional travel fee. Please get in touch for a personalised quote.
